Tabular review

What it's for#

Due diligence and portfolio reviews ask the same questions of many documents: who are the parties, what's the notice period, is there a change-of-control clause? A tabular review puts the documents in rows and your questions in columns, and fills every cell.

Create a review#

   Choose the documents

   Pick uploaded documents, or upload new ones.

   Set the columns

   Write each column as a question, or start from a built-in workflow such as NDA Review or SPA Review. The AI can draft a column's prompt for you.

   Pick a format per column

   Free text, bulleted list, number, percentage, monetary amount, currency, yes / no, date or tags.

   Generate and check

   Each answer cites the page and quotes the passage it came from, so you can check it against the document.

Work with the results#

• Chat with the review to ask questions across the whole table.
• Export a Word or PDF report (summary, abstracts or comparison), an Excel (.xlsx) file, or Markdown.
• Share the review with colleagues by email.
