Privacy and limits
Where your documents live, what AI providers see, and the limits of a demo service.
Your documents#
- Documents are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. Nothing is published onchain.
- Every record is protected by row-level security and scoped to your account and the people you share with.
- Traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS.
AI providers#
We don't use your content to train Web3Legal models. When you use our hosted models or a third-party model, your input is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. With your own key, data goes to your provider account.
Limits#
- Outputs can be wrong or incomplete, and they aren't legal advice.
- Formatting is preserved where possible. Unusual Word features may not survive every edit, so check the result before you rely on it.
FAQ#
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. Email and Google work. A wallet is simply another way to sign in.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. See Your account. It removes your projects, documents, chats, tabular reviews, saved keys and billing history, and it can't be undone.
Which jurisdictions does drafting cover?
Hong Kong, Mainland China (PRC), England & Wales, Singapore, New York, Delaware, Cayman and BVI, with jurisdiction-correct execution blocks. See Chat and drafting.
Where do I report a problem?
